By using the Splic sandbox or an invited tenant, you agree to these interim terms. They apply to an early-access product and will be replaced with reviewed legal text before general availability.

Early access & availability

Splic is provided as-is, for evaluation, with no guarantee of availability, performance, or data retention. Sandbox environments may be reset or removed at any time. Don't store anything you can't afford to lose.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or probe the service or other tenants' data.
• Don't upload sensitive personal data into the sandbox.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you put into your workspace. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.

Intellectual property & restrictions

The Splic platform — including its software, deterministic engine, user interface, workflows, and underlying design — is proprietary and protected. Access is granted for evaluation only and confers no license to reproduce or reimplement the platform.

• Do not copy the service, its interface, or its content, in whole or in part.
• Do not clone or otherwise replicate the platform or its behavior.
• Do not create derivative works from the service, its design, or its output.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying engine.

These restrictions apply whether the intended use is commercial or non-commercial.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Splic is not liable for any loss arising from use of this early-access service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. The date above reflects the latest version.
